Task B.2.3. Change Requests 2

  • The amount of time to respond to change requests is of significant risk to B.2.3.2
Task B.2.3.2 Risks Assessment

  • The biggest risk to B.2.3.2 is the same as was identified at the 1st SSI Seminar, in most monthly status reports and continues today: Lack of sample data and formats. IPSM has passed the point where we can guarantee all data can be running by operational testing and will take data when available on a case by case basis.
  • The largest internal task risk is the 20 weeks minimum delivery time for a SADIS system from Astrium which has been scheduled for delivery as late as in August.
Bottom Line

  • Due to lack of sample data and formats IPSM and Task B.2.3.2 can no longer guarantee all data can be processed. IPSM will attempt to process data on a case by case basis
  • The delays in accepting change proposals is causing additional schedule risk
  • IPSM continues to work with IMGW to obtain the best product possible
